With core skills in curriculum planning, performance standards, international education, MS-Office, co-curricular activities, mentoring, supervision, security, budget development, leadership, and classroom evaluation, he has extensive experience of over 25 years in the field of education.
As a principal of the school his responsibilities include daily operations, safety, academic standards, resource provision, professional development, community relations, logistics, budget management, performance presentation, policy implementation, and crisis management.
Previously, he was Vice-Principal and Academic Coordinator at Mussoorie International School (2004-2021), where he ensured academic excellence, organized events, conducted evaluations, managed teacher assignments, and led professional development. As Head of Mathematics, he taught up to plus-two level and implemented individual educational plans.
Earlier roles include House Master and Assistant Academic Coordinator at Guru Nanak Fifth Centenary School (2000-2004), and Mathematics Teacher at Manava Bharti India International School (1998-2000), where he conducted special classes for weak students.
He holds a B.Sc and M.Sc in Mathematics, a PGDSLM, and a B.Ed, with professional development in various international curricula. Awarded Best Teacher by the Confederation of Education Excellence in 2015, he is also an active participant in sports, drama, and educational tours. His educational philosophy centers on the holistic development of body, mind, and soul, guiding students to discover their strengths and inspirations.
