The function commenced with the lighting of the lamp by the principal and the administrative staff. The principal then garlanded a photograph of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan to pay homage to his contributions to education and society. Following this, a prayer was recited to begin the program.
The first performance of the day was a group dance by the nursery students, bringing joy to everyone. This was followed by a speech from a class 7 student, explaining the significance of Teachers' Day and how Dr. Radhakrishnan contributed to society. Students from classes 1 to 4 then performed a lively group dance, while students from classes 5 to 7 recited a heartfelt poem.
Mr. Girish Chandra Uniyal, the principal, then addressed the gathering. He congratulated the teachers and appreciated their dedication and hard work. In his message to the students, he emphasized the importance of respecting and loving their teachers, noting that our first teacher is our mother. He said, "If you respect your teachers, you can achieve success. Teachers always guide you on the right path."
A class 5 student delivered a vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to all who participated in the event. To entertain the teachers, a series of fun games were organized, adding a joyful touch to the celebration.
The program concluded with the AIM for Seva anthem, followed by the national anthem.
