Independence Day Celebration at SDSV Roorkee
The 78th Independence Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor at Swami Dayananda Saraswati Vidyalaya. The event aimed not only to commemorate this significant day but also to instill a deep sense of national pride and unity among the students.
The celebrations began with the flag hoisting ceremony led by the school principal, Mr. G.C. Uniyal, followed by the singing of the national anthem. The program featured a variety of patriotic songs and dances performed by the students, showcasing their love for the country.
The chief guest, Mrs. Manju Sharma, EO of Nagar Panchayat Imlikheda, delivered an inspiring speech that deeply resonated with everyone present. The Principal also urged the students to work hard, stay determined, and strive for success, drawing inspiration from the sacrifices made by our freedom fighters. Other esteemed guests and officials in attendance included Shri Sheespl ji, Shree Vinod ji, Shri Ashu ji, Shri Saheb ji, Shree Anuj ji, along with the school’s administrative team.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks, and sweets were distributed to all the students and staff members.
